Cancellation Policy

I reserve the right to revoke the voucher/credit with no refund in a situation that involves the individual arriving for the appointment not being who they stated said they were.
A request for cancellation/reschedule require a 24 hour notice. If there is a cancellation/reschedule in less than the allotted time, unless in event of an extreme emergency, the full price of the session will require payment. The same applies for those who do not arrive for their appointment with no communication/explanation.
